All capitalised terms in this document but not defined here shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Advertising Terms and Conditions, available here.
Term | Meaning |
CPC Campaign | Cost Per Clicks Campaign |
CPCV Campaign | Cost Per Thousand Completed Views Campaign |
CPI Campaign | Cost Per Install Campaign |
CPL Campaign | Cost Per Lead Campaign |
CPM Campaign | Cost Per Thousand Impressions Campaign |
1 In a CPCV Campaign, a click by a user will be deemed to be on par with a completed view.
2 In a CPL Campaign (or a portion of a Campaign computed on CPL basis), a lead generation will be deemed to have occurred if (i) a user arrives on the landing page of the Client, enters the requested information, and submits (in the manner provided on the landing page) the information to the Client, or (ii) the user enters the requested information on the Platform and submits such information to SIPL. For such Campaigns, the Client shall provide a click through URL in a format acceptable to SIPL.
3 In a CPI Campaign (or a portion of a Campaign computed on CPI basis), the Campaign (and all versions of the campaign on separate platforms) will be subject to a “last click/last view wins principle”. For the purpose of this clause, the “last click/last view wins principle” shall mean that a User Action will be attributed to an advertising partner (including SIPL) which was the source of the last click or last view from a user before a User Action took place.
4 For CPI Campaigns, the Client shall provide SIPL with one impression tracking URL and one click tracking URL for a Supported Attribution Partner to attribute User Actions.
